May we respectfully introduce ourselves. We are Brookfields Leisure Centre, a large and long established centre, situated some 300 yards from Junction 11 M6 motorway on the A460 main road from Wolverhampton to M6 (pto for map).

Our aim is to offer our establishment to your supporters when your coaches are using the M6/M54 motorway to reach the opponents grounds.
We offer our large secure private car park and our facilities are completely and exclusively for club supporters.
They would be able to talk about the game and have a drink/ snack without the antagonism of the opposing supporters. They would be in complete security and this would include family supporters.

We feel this is a unique and rare opportunity to improve the safety and comfort of your supporters and hope you read this letter with approval.

Our establishment is completely FREE to your away supporters when you reserve the dates you require. All we ask of you is to give us as much notice as possible using the following e-mail address brookfieldsleisure@hotmail.co.uk so we can make arrangements to help the supporters enjoy the day out. May we point out that the club that reserves our premises will be the only supporters using these premises. NO other rival clubs or supporters will be allowed on that day.
